You will receive your models in special crush-proof packaging. Nevertheless if your parcel arrives in poor condition or any model is broken, the vrrooom.com-guarantee entitles you to receive a replacement free of charge and if not possible another model.
 

14.) What happens if my model has been damaged along the way?

Although our packaging provides the best possible protection during transportation, something unexpected may happen. If your model is not in perfect condition on arrival, you may send it back within 8 days upon receival and it will be replaced immediately without charge.
  

15.) What happens if I don't like the model I have received?
 

If the model you’ve received is not the one you ordered or it doesn't meet your expectations, you may send it back within 8 days upon receival and it will be replaced immediately.
 

16.) Are all products available?
 

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered the alternative of accepting late delivery or cancellation of your order and a refund.
 

17.) Can I pre-order?
 

Yes. Some models are made in limited quantities and demand therefore may be higher than the actual supply. Pre-ordering may be the only way of calling a certain model your own.

Our catalogue includes well over 5.000 items most of them are shown with pictures, some of them not yet. Gradually all of our models offered will be illustrated.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after an order has been placed. If any order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed of cancellation. If any order is to be delayed you’ll be informed of the date of delivery.
