Vrooom.com Return Policy:

Vrooom.com takes special care in packing your order. Nevertheless occasionally a shipment may unexpectedly come loose during transportation and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. Usually those parts can be easily snapped or glued onto the model with ease, sometimes a replacing shipment can be necessary. Sometimes there appears to be a scratch or small blemish on a model, which not really is one, because it can easily and instantly be removed with automotive wax. Notwithstanding whenever a model happens to be received defective beyond repair, we'll gladly replace the model for you immediately.Vrooom.com has no control over manufacturer imperfections common with specific factory-produced models. Vrooom.com may not be held responsible for return shipping costs. We will however, replace any defective merchandise within 14 days and the replacement will be shipped at our expense. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a credit card refund less a 15% return fee. However, we will waive all return fees on returns processed for merchandise credit ONLY, which can be used on future purchases with Vrrooom.com. Please review our return guidelines: · All returns must be received within 10 days upon purchase. · All returns must be insured and prepaid by the carrier of your choice. · All returns must be received in all original packaging with a copy of the invoice. · All defective models may be returned for replacement of identical model only. · All other returns processed with a credit card refund, will be subject to a 15% return fee. We will waive all restocking fees on returns processed for merchandise credit only, which can be used towards any order placed with Vrooom.com. · Shipping charges are non-refundable · Please refuse any physically damaged boxes and notify us immediately for replacement.
